1 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. chopped nuts
11 oz. cream cheese
1/2 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. Cool Whip
3 3/4 oz. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 3/4 oz. pkg. flavor of your choice instant pudding
3 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix together flour, butter and nuts. Pat into 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool completely.

Beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 1/2 cup Cool Whip together. Pat on top of crust. Beat together milk, puddings and vanilla until thick. Pat on cream cheese layer. Spread the rest of the Cool Whip on top.
