DOUBLE CHOCOLATE SHORTCAKES 
2 c. Bisquick
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
3 tbsp. cocoa
3 tbsp. butter
Any flavor ice cream
Sliced fruit
Chocolate fudge topping

6 or 7 servings. Heat oven to 425 degrees. Mix baking mix, sugar, milk, cocoa and butter until dough forms. Gently smooth dough into ball on well dusted area with baking mix. Knead 8 to 10 times. Roll 1/2" thick. Cut with 3" cutter, dipped in baking mix. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until done. Split shortcakes, spoon ice cream and fruit between halves. Spoon ice cream and topping over tops.
