SIMPLE BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 lb. or more round steak, tenderized

Slice meat in narrow strips. Flour meat and brown in oil. Brown 1 diced onion. Add a can of stewed tomatoes. Let simmer at low temperature for 1 1/2 hours. Before serving, add salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce to taste. Just before removing from stove, add desired amount of sour cream. Serve over rice.

This can be doubled as this recipe will only serve 2 to 3 people.
