ED'S SAUSAGE GRAVY 
Brown 2 pounds of good grade sausage in 12" cast iron skillet. When sausage is done add 3/4 cup of flour and stir at medium heat for 3 or 4 minutes. Add milk to skillet until it is 1/2" from top. Stir until thick. Simmer for 10 minutes. Add more milk if too thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
