GREEN ENCHILADAS 
1 sm. can chopped green peppers
2 lbs. hamburger
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 pkg. (24) corn tortillas
1 onion, chopped
10 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown hamburger and onion in a fry pan. While hamburger is cooking, butter tortillas and microwave just long enough to make them soft and flexible. If a microwave is not available, put a small amount of oil in a pan and heat. When oil is hot, place tortilla in oil until soft. When tortillas are done, layer them in a 9x13 baking dish (6-7 tortillas).

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
