DILL PEAS 
1 c. sour cream
1/4 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. scallions, chopped
1/4 fresh dill or 2 or 3 tbsp. dry dill
3 c. frozen green peas
Salt & pepper to taste

Combine first 4 ingredients in bowl, put in refrigerator. Boil water and put frozen peas in just until thawed and still the pretty green color. Drain well and add to other mixture and add salt and pepper to taste. Cover and refrigerate until needed, can be made overnight or the day before.
