VEGETABLE PIE 
2 c. chopped fresh broccoli or fresh cauliflower
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. Bisquick
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Cook broccoli, cauliflower in salted water until tender. Drain thoroughly. Add onion, green pepper, and cheese. Place in buttered 10-inch pie pan. Beat remaining ingredients until smooth and pour over. Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 400 degrees. Frozen broccoli, cauliflower may be substituted.
