SHREDDED BEEF BARBECUE 
2-3 lb. rump roast, as lean as possible
2 c. catsup
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. Open Pit barbecue sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. mustard

Mix all ingredients together and pour over roast. Cook covered at 250 degrees for 5-6 hours or until meat falls apart. Shred meat with a fork. Simmer on stove for approximately 30 minutes more to thicken.
