FRUIT PIZZA 
1 c. butter
1 1/2 c. powder sugar

Cream together the above. Blend and add:

1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. almond flavored extract

Chill, roll thin, lots of flour under it all, make 2 pizza pan size cookie crusts. Roll it right on the baking sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes at 375 degrees.

TOPPING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar

Mix cheese and sugar and spread on cooled crust. Slice fruit of your choice, layer in circles on topping, some to use are: strawberries, kiwi, peaches, pineapple, grapes, etc.

GLAZE:

Heat 1 cup of preserves, such as apricot or jelly, such as apple, and brush over fruit to keep from turning brown. Use pizza tins.
