FRUIT PIZZA 
1 Pillsbury sugar cookie dough

FILLING:

8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/4 c. powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

GLAZE:

3/4 c. water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. orange juice
1/4 c. lemon juice
Dash of salt

FRUIT:

Canned sliced pineapple
Blueberries
Banana
Kiwi
Cann ed peaches
Strawberries

Spread dough on pizza pan and bake as per directions on dough. Let cool.

Make filling by mixing with electric mixer, cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla. Spread on pizza.

Cut fruit into slices. Begin on outside edge and lay pineapple, cut in quarters, on pizza. Do the next circle with banana, peaches, strawberries, blueberries, kiwi and a cherry for the center. You may use any fruit of your choice.

Mix together orange juice, lemon juice, water, sugar and salt over medium heat on stove, add cornstarch. Cook until rapidly boiling and mixture thickens. Let cool. Pour over pizza. Refrigerate. Best if serve the same day. Recipe can be halved if you prefer thinner crust.
