POTATO CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 (32 oz.) shredded hash browns, thawed
1 stick butter, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
12 oz. American cheese, grated
1 tsp. salt
1/2 sm. onion
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/2 c. melted butter

Place thawed potatoes in 9x13 inch dish. Mix next 6 ingredients and pour over potatoes. Top with crushed corn flakes and drizzle melted butter over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 12.
