FRUIT SALAD WITH PUMPKIN PIE
SPICE
 
Fresh or canned fruit, drained
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Cut fruit into pieces. Use as many varieties of fruit as you want. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over fruit and toss lightly. This salad keeps in glass quart jars in refrigerator for a couple of days.

FRUIT:

Large cans of peaches, mandarin oranges, pears, and pineapple chunks; jar of cherries, or fruit cocktail; fresh oranges. No bananas. Drain fruit.
