NO-PEEK CHICKEN 
1 1/2 c. quick cooking rice, uncooked
6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken, cut up
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. milk
1 pkg. onion soup mix

Place rice in baking pan (13 x 9) lined with aluminum foil. Add chicken. Combine soups with milk and pour over chicken. Sprinkle on onion soup mix. Seal foil securely and bake at 300 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. Serves 6.
