1 c. oil
3 eggs
1 c. honey
2 c. whole wheat flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. white flour
1 c. pecans

GLAZE:

1 stick butter
1/2 c. brown sugar or honey
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. milk

Mix cake ingredients by hand. Bake in unpreheated (350 degree) oven for 1 hour, 10 minutes.

Glaze: Boil all ingredients on stove until thickened. Drizzle over top of cake.
