ANITA'S FRESH APPLE CAKE 
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. chopped raw apples
1 c. chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Add ingredients in order. Use tube or Bundt pan.

Bake at 350°F for 55 to 60 minutes.

Top with ice cream, whipped cream or glaze.

Glaze:

juice of 1 lemon or 2 tbsp. milk
1 c. powdered sugar

Blend well.
