20 Ritz crackers, crushed
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. pecans (or walnuts), chopped
1 tsp. vanilla
3 egg whites
1/2 c. sugar
Whipped cream

Mix crackers, 1/2 cup of sugar, pecans and vanilla together and set aside. Whip egg whites and add 1/2 cup of sugar while beating. Fold into first mixture and put in pie plate. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
