SWEET RAISIN ROLL UPS | |
3/4 c. raisins 1/3 c. chopped pecans 1/4 c. commercial sour cream 2 tbsp. honey 2 tbsp. butter, softened 1 tsp. grated lemon rind 1 tsp. ground cinnamon 1 (10 oz.) can refrigerated flaky biscuits 1 tbsp. butter, melted 3/4 c. sifted confectioners' sugar 1 tsp. butter, melted 1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract Combine first 7 ingredients; mix well. Separate biscuit dough; roll out each biscuit on a lightly floured surface to 7 x 4 inch oval. Spread one rounded tablespoon of filling on each. Roll, jelly roll fashion, starting at narrow end, and place seam side down on a ungreased baking sheet. Brush the 10 rolls with 1 tablespoon melted butter. Bake at 375 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes or until golden brown. Combine last 4 ingredients; stir until smooth. Drizzle over warm rolls. |
