STEAK ROLL UPS 
1 lg. tenderized round steak
Salt
Pepper
Bacon
Bay leaves
Water

Cut steak in 3" squares. Salt, pepper and flour squares. Roll each with bacon, jelly roll fashion and secure with toothpick. Brown each in heavy skillet on all sides. Reduce heat. Add 1/2 cup of water slowly, stirring meat rolls around in gravy. Add 2 whole bay leaves. Simmer slowly covered about 45 minutes until tender. Add a small amount of water during cooking if dry.
