SQUASH 'N TOMATOES 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. onion rings, fresh
2 c. sliced zucchini
2 c. sliced summer squash
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
3 c. diced fresh tomatoes

Melt butter in a skillet. Add onion rings and celery and cook about 5 minutes or until slightly tender. Add zucchini and summer squash and seasonings. Cook 10 to 15 minutes. Add tomatoes and cook gently another 10 minutes. Makes 8 servings.
