POTATO SOUP 
4 c. potatoes, diced
1 med. onion, diced
3 stalks celery, diced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. milk
1/2 stick butter

Cover first 5 ingredients with water. Cook until tender. Drain excess water. Mix cornstarch and milk until smooth; pour over potatoes and bring to a boil. Add butter, stir in. You can substitute 1 tablespoon of celery salt for the celery.
