FRITO-CHILI CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
Sour cream (enough to cover top of casserole)
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded taco cheese
Chili powder to your taste
1 (15 oz.) Brook's chili beans
1 bag taco chips

Cook hamburger and drain. Add chili beans. Season with chili powder. Add 1/2 package of each cheese and 1/2 package crumbled taco chips. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove. Add sour cream on top with remaining cheese and rest of chips. Bake 15 more minutes uncovered.
