RAW APPLE CAKE 
3 c. chopped apples
1 c. black or English walnuts
3 eggs
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. oil
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. vanilla
3 c. flour

Combine apples and walnuts together and set aside. Mix remaining ingredients. Bake in bundt pan 1 1/2 hours at 300 degrees.

GLAZE:

1 c. brown sugar
1 stick butter
1/4 c. evaporated milk
Pinch of salt

Bring to a rolling boil. Pour over cake after baking. Be sure cake is COLD.
