SOUR CREAM POUND CAKE 
3 c. plain flour
3 c. sugar
1 c. Crisco
8 eggs, separated
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 (8 oz.) container sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. coconut flavoring
1 tsp. butter flavoring

Cream Crisco and sugar until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating well after each. Sift flour with baking powder and salt. Mix the flour mixture and sour cream alternately with the egg mixture. Mix in flavorings. Meanwhile, in separate bowl, beat egg whites in large bowl until fluffy and stands in stiff peaks. Gently fold into floured mixture. Place in greased and floured tube pan. Place in cold oven. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
