BUTTERMILK COFFEE CAKE 
4 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
2 c. buttermilk
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

CRUMB TOPPING:

10 tbsp. butter, melted
1 1/3 c. sugar
1 1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Cake Batter: Sift first 4 cake batter ingredients together in large bowl. In another bowl cream sugar, butter and vanilla. Beat in eggs. Add sifted ingredients alternately with buttermilk until well blended. Grease and flour three 9 x 4 x 3 inch loaf pans and put equal amounts of batter in each and level with spatula.

Crumb Topping: Mix flour, sugar and cinnamon in a medium size bowl. Slowly drip melted butter into mixture and blend with a fork until rounded crumbs form. Distribute crumbs equally on the loaves. Bake on center rack of 375 degree oven for 45 minutes.
