1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 can shrimp soup
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tbsp. horseradish
1 sm. can cocktail shrimp, drained and chopped

Heat shrimp soup, sour cream, and cream cheese. Add other ingredients. Serve with chips or crackers.
