FLAT BREAD 
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. cornmeal
2 1/2 c. white flour
1 tbsp. salt

Mix well and cut in 1/2 cup shortening. Mix in enough hot water to make a dough. Form into balls about 2 inches. Roll out thin on a floured cloth. Bake on a cookie pan at 300-325 degrees until light brown.
