HERBED SHRIMP 
2 lb. uncooked shrimp in shells OR 1 lb. cooked, shelled shrimp
1 c. butter
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. basil, crushed
1 tsp. tarragon, crushed
1 clove garlic, minced
1 c. fine dry bread crumbs

Cook shrimp, remove shells and devein. Place in bottom of casserole. Cream butter and stir in remaining ingredients. Mix well. Spread crumb mixture over shrimp.

Bake at 350 degrees until thoroughly heated, about 20 minutes.

Serve over rice.

Yield: 4 to 6 servings.
