SHRIMP CREOLE YANKEE STYLE 
1 lb. boiled shrimp
1 med. onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 can tomato sauce
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice

Saute onions, pepper and celery in small amount of shortening. Add can of tomato sauce and one can of stewed tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients; including shrimp and simmer for 30 minutes. Add cooked rice and mix well.
