RHUBARB CRUMB CAKE 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. shortening
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped rhubarb
1 tsp. baking soda
Pinch of salt

Mix ingredients all together. Pour in 9x13 inch pan. Top with mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
