SMELT FRY 
2 c. flour
2 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. ground black pepper

Put ingredients in plastic bag and shake to mix. Put fish in bag and shake until they are coated. Take out of bag and shake off the excess flour. Put in deep fryer or deep skillet with oil at 375 degrees. Take out of oil when fish are golden brown and float. Put in bowl lined with paper towels. Serve hot. This recipe can be used for most small fish.
