QUICK AND EASY QUICHE | |
2 c. half & half 8 egg yolks 1 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, broccoli, or other vegetables 2 (9 inch) pie shells Beat together half & half and yolks. Cook and season vegetables according to package directions; drain and squeeze out all liquid. In one pie shell, layer (twice) the bacon and half the Cheddar and Swiss cheeses. In the other shell, layer (twice) the vegetables and the remaining cheeses. Pour half the egg mixture over ingredients in each shell. Bake approximately 60 minutes at 350 degrees or until top is golden brown. Serves 8-10 people. |
