COLESLAW 
2 heads cabbage
1 1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. mayonnaise
6 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. sugar
3 tbsp. plus 1/2 tsp. wine vinegar
3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. oil
1/8 tsp. garlic, onion, dry mustard & celery powder
Dash of pepper
1 tbsp. plus 2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 tbsp. salt
3/4 c. plus 1 tbsp. half & half

Mix all dressing ingredients together. Shred 2 heads of cabbage and mix in dressing.
