SPINACH BALLS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. chopped frozen squash
1 lg. finely chopped onion
6 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
1 tbsp. black pepper
1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. Pepperidge Farms herb seasoned stuffing mix

Mix all well. Heat oven 325 degrees. Roll into balls. Bake on cookie sheet 15 minutes.
