SOUR CREAM MASHED POTATOES 
6 med. potatoes, cooked and mashed without milk
1/2 pt. dairy sour cream
1 tsp. seasoning salt, or salt to taste
Dash pepper
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. butter

Combine ingredients; pour into buttered dish. Sprinkle with additional Parmesan and dot with butter. Refrigerate overnight. Take out 1/2 hour before cooking and let sit at room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes. Serves 8.
