ROGGEBROOD 
2 c. cracked wheat flour
3/4 c. dark molasses
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 c. hot water
1 1/2 c. white flour

Mix first four ingredients with the 2 cups hot water. Add flour and mix well. Bake in a well greased loaf pan at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Cover with foil while baking. Cool with foil on, about 10 minutes.
