CHOCOLATE NUT BALLS 
1 c., butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. instant coffee
1 3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. cocoa
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. nuts, ground fine

Cream together butter and sugar. Add vanilla, instant coffee, flour, cocoa and salt. Add ground nuts last. Blend well. Roll into small balls. Place on lightly greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Cool 10 minutes and roll in powdered sugar, if desired.
