4 oz. cream cheese
1 pt. sour cream
1 qt. real mayonnaise
3/4 tsp. garlic powder
Dash of Tabasco (or two)
4 oz. bleu cheese

Mix above ingredients except 2 ounce of bleu cheese. Mix on low speed until smooth and creamy, then fold in rest of bleu cheese. This makes 2 quarts.

To cut in half, 1/2 pint sour cream, 1 pint mayonnaise, 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, dash of Tabasco, 4 ounce cream cheese, 4 ounce of bleu cheese.

Keep refrigerated. Good on salads, cooked broccoli, baked potatoes, etc.
