STRAWBERRIES ROMANOFF 
1 qt. strawberries
1/3 c. orange-flavored liquor
1 c. whipping cream
1/3 c. sugar

Wash and stem berries, leaving whole. Marinate in the liquor for about 1 hour, then puree half of the berries in a blender. Whip cream until soft peaks form, add sugar then fold in pureed strawberries. Place remaining whole berries in serving dishes; spoon the pureed mixture over top. Serves 6.
