FLUFFY HOTS 
3 eggs, separated
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. cottage cheese

Beat egg whites to peak. Beat yolks; add salt, cottage cheese and beat. Stir in flour; fold into whites. Cook as pancakes (approximately 1 tablespoon per cake). Turn when golden brown. Yield: About 16 small pancakes.
