CRAB STUFFED POTATOES | |
4 baking potatoes 8 oz. crabmeat 1/2 c. butter 1/2 c. milk 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese 1 tsp. salt 4 tsp. grated onion Paprika & parsley Scrub potatoes and bake at 450 degrees until easily pierced. Cut off tops, scoop out insides. Mash with butter, milk, salt, pepper and onion. Mix in half the cheese, fold in crabmeat. Refill shells. Sprinkle with remaining cheese and paprika and parsley. Reheat in 400 degree oven for 15 minutes. Can freeze before reheating, but will require more reheating time. |
