CRAB STUFFED POTATOES | |
6 medium baking powder 1/2 c. butter 4 tsp. grated onion 1 c. sharp yellow cheese, grated Pepper to taste 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab meat, drained 1/2 tsp. paprika 1/2 c. light cream 1 tsp. salt Scrub potatoes and dry thoroughly. Bake at 325 degrees until you can pierce them with a fork. Cut tops from potatoes, lengthwise and scoop out insides. Whip potato with butter, cream, salt, pepper, onion, and cheese. Remove cartilages from crab meat; mix with potato mixture and refill shells. Sprinkle with paprika and reheat at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. These freeze nicely. |
