SPARE RIBS A LA JULIE 
2 to 3 lbs. ribs
1 c. brown sugar
1 can tomato soup
1/2 tbsp. celery seed
1 tbsp. chili powder

Mix brown sugar, tomato soup, celery seed and chili powder together. Pour over ribs in baking dish. Bake 1 3/4 to 2 1/2 hours until done. Bake at 375 degrees.
