CHEESE DIP 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2 lg. Wispride cold pack Cheddar cheese
2 tbsp. soy sauce
2 oz. beer
2 loaves dark bread

Have cheese at room temperature. Mix until blended and add soy sauce and beer. Cut top off one loaf of bread and hollow out remaining part of loaf. Fill with cheese mixture. Tear up bread into bite-size pieces (also second loaf) and place on tray around bread filled with cheese. DIP!
