PHILLY CHEESE BELL 
1 (8 oz.) container Cracker Barrel Sharp Cheddar flavor cold pack cheese food
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
Chopped parsley, optional

Combine cold pack cheese food and softened cream cheese, mixing until well blended. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Mold into bell shapes using two cold pack containers lined with plastic wrap or coated with butter. Chill until firm; unmold. Garnish with chopped parsley and pimento strips, if desired. Serve with Triscuits. 2 bells.

This recipe was originally included on the cracker barrel cheese package which was bell shaped. I have substituted 3/4 to 1 pound grated sharp cheddar cheese for cracker barrel cheese listed above. I melted the sharp cheddar cheese before adding into the cream cheese.

Instead of using:

2 tsp. chopped onion
2 tsp. chopped green pepper
2 tsp. chopped pimento
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
