LIGHT CHOCOLATE CAKE 
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. plus 2 tbsp. butter
2 eggs
2/3 c. water
2 c. flour
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
2/3 c. sour milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. red food coloring

Cream sugars with butter. Beat in eggs. Add water, stirring constantly. Mix together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda. Add alternately with the sour milk to the sugar mixture. Stir in vanilla and red coloring.

Bake in two 9 inch pans (bottoms have been greased, wax papered and greased again) at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
