1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 med. onion, chopped
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 can mushroom soup
1 sm. can tomato sauce
1 sm. can tomato paste
2 sm. cans chopped green chilies
1 pkg. Doritos
Cheddar cheese (amount optional), grated

Fry first 3 ingredients together. Add mushroom soup, tomato sauce, tomato paste and chilies. Spread Doritos in bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with the meat sauce. Cover with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese melts. Serves 6.
