DORITO CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 lg. bell pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. Velveeta cheese, cubed
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Dorito nacho cheese chips
1 c. Longhorn cheese, grated

Brown first 3 ingredients. Lower flame to simmer. Add the next 4 ingredients. Stir well and heat. Add the package of Dorito chips. Stir to coat well. Pour mixture into 9x13 inch pan. Sprinkle cheese over top of mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven 10 minutes. When serving, top with taco sauce or hot sauce of your choice. Freezes well.
