SOUTHWEST TACO PIE 
1 deep dish or 2 reg. Pet-Ritz pie crusts
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 pkg. Old El Paso Taco Seasoning Mix
1 (16 oz.) can Old El Paso Refried Beans
1 (8 oz.) jar Old El Paso Taco Sauce (divided)
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Shredded lettuce
Chopped tomatoes

Preheat oven and baking sheet 400 degrees. Partially bake pie crust for 10 minutes; cool. Reduce oven heat to 350 degrees.

In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain off fat. Stir in taco seasoning mix.

In a small bowl, combine refried beans and 1/2 taco sauce.

Deep dish - Layer 1/2 of the seasoned meat mixture on bottom of pie crust and top with 1/2 of refried beans. Repeat layers.

Regular crust - Place 1/2 beef mixture in bottom of each crust; top with 1/2 of refried bean mixture.

Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes. Top with lettuce, tomato and remaining 1/2 of taco sauce. Deep dish = 6 servings. Regular = 10 servings.
