1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. tarragon or wine vinegar
1 garlic clove, diced
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
Dash pepper
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix all above ingredients. Chill. Yield 1 cup. Charles' favorite vinegar-oil dressing.
