CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can cream style corn
1 c. Bisquick
8-10 oz. Monterey Jack cheese
1 beaten egg
2 tbsp. melted butter
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1 can green chilies, chopped (4 oz.)

Mix together corn, Bisquick, egg, butter, sugar and milk. Put half of corn mixture in baking dish; put cheese and chilies over corn and top with second half of corn. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-30 minutes (until brown).
